I cut them in halves, will vacuum pack everything and freeze them for later. Every year I am making this recipe with amazing results. The idea is from Kasseler-Ripchen. The other day to pick up the makings for sushi and while there I gathered up a few ingredients I thought would make a nice pot of curry noodles; red curry paste, coconut milk, ramen noodles, fresh ginger, jalapeño and kaffir lime leaves, to name a few. What I came up with is this utterly delectable bowl of silky goodness. We kept the recipe relatively. 2 15 ounce cans coconut milk. 3 tablespoons red curry paste. 1 jalapeno pepper, minced.

My cooking has been in a similar sort of funk. There have been a lot of taco nights, ie the best way to use up odds and ends in the fridge, pasta with pesto, and snacking on Egyptian mangos with vanilla ice cream. Maybe I should do a taste test of mangos for the blog? That might be fun.
